Welcome to the Mixology Circus, the exclusive event space of Mixology Attraction, curated in collaboration with Samuele Ambrosi. A unique multisensory experience that celebrates mixology at its highest level, showcasing premium ingredients, cutting-edge techniques, and the most influential personalities in the bar industry.

At the heart of this extraordinary arena are the finest bars and bartenders from both the national and international scene. True masters of the craft, they elevate cocktails to works of art, captivating the audience with their passion and creativity.

9 outstanding venues, including two international ones, are ready to bring their identity and creativity to the stage of the event.

 

Three dedicated stations, three days of shows, and a common thread connecting each proposal:

  • Hip Urban Bar – metropolitan and contemporary style, blending global influences and street vibes.
  • Tiki Bar – the exotic, colorful energy of the tropics, with rituals and escapist atmospheres.
  • Luxury Hotel Bar – timeless elegance of high-end hospitality, with sophisticated drinks and refined service experiences.

 

The bars will take turns each day, creating a unique narrative where every station becomes the stage for performances, tastings, and new interpretations of the art of mixology.

Mixology Circus - Masterclass

Samuele Ambrosi

 

Classe 1978, born in Verona and adopted by Treviso.

The son of restaurateurs, he took his first steps outside the family business at just 15, working on the Asiago plateau before moving on, a few years later, to the prestigious Badrutt’s Palace in St. Moritz, where he remained for several years.

He travelled extensively to refine his techniques, develop his own style, and draw inspiration from some of the greatest names in the industry.

In 2003, at the IBA Europe Training Centre in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, he achieved the podium as both Best Student in Europe and member of the Best Team.

In 2004, he won the Angelo Zola Award, dedicated to young Italian bartenders distinguished by outstanding product knowledge. The following year, in 2005, he triumphed in Singapore at one of the most challenging competitions in the world: The Elite Bartenders Course JWC, earning the prestigious Eagle Award and claiming first place in the South Asia Pacific Competition—a feat unmatched by any other Italian to this day.

In 2008, he secured another international victory at the Trophées Internationaux des Calvados in Normandy.

He has served as a consultant for some of the most renowned brands in the bar industry.

In 2013, he founded Cloakroom Cocktail Lab, followed by Cloakstudios in 2022, both based in Treviso. A year later, in the same city, he opened BOSS HOGG, one of the few dedicated whisky lounges in Italy.

He wrote the foreword to “La Fotografia e l’Arte del Gin Tonic” by Edoardo Agresti and to “The Curious Bartender’s Gin Palace” by Tristan Stephenson.

He is co-author of “Il Mondo delle Grappe” by Roberto Castagner.

In 2020, he published Anthologin, the result of years of dedication and his boundless love for gin.
