Alberto Corvi

Biography

Alberto Corvi, 32, is one of the most recognized managers in the Italian hospitality and mixology scene. He took his first steps at a very young age in London, where his interest in the bar world was born. After some experience in public relations, he chose to dedicate himself completely to hospitality, starting a path of professional and personal growth. Around 2010, he deepened his study of mixology independently, through texts that are now fundamental for the modern bartender. His first significant experience came in Barcelona, working in an Italian cocktail bar in the heart of the nightlife. Back in Italy, he joined the team of The Doping Club at the former The Yard Hotel, where he contributed to the development of a project of excellence, culminating in 2022 with the "Best Hotel Bar" award according to Bargiornale. Since October 2023, he has been the Food and Beverage Manager of Casa Tobago – Grill Oven and Bar. Thanks to a dynamic format and a consolidated team, the venue quickly gained visibility in publications such as Vogue, Identità Golose, and Corriere della Repubblica, as well as the recognition of second-best "New Cocktail Bar" at the Roma Bar Show. Curiosity, dedication, and experimentation guide his work, with particular attention to hospitality and customer relations. He is the protagonist of masterclasses and guest shifts in Italy and abroad and has been among the top 25 bartenders in the World Class Competition for two consecutive years (2021 and 2022), as well as being a finalist in the Bobby's Competition 2021 and the Amaro Lucano Remix 2022.
