Edoardo Nono

Born in Varese (1969), Edoardo has been frequenting bar counters since 1988, despite his technical background and a path far from hospitality school. In his youth, he traveled the world working in luxury resorts, hotels, and cruise ships. He perfected his preparation by studying hotel management at the University of Tourism in Rimini and then turned down a job at Four Seasons to return behind a bar counter in Milan in 1998. After several years of work and research, in 2002 he finally opened Rita & Cocktails, where he garners success, constant appreciation, and contagious growth. Together with Compagnia dei Caraibi, he is the owner of Mr Three & Bros Ginger Falernum. More recently, along with his partner Chiara Buzzi, he doubled his presence in the Navigli area with an original Tiki bar, RITA'S TIKI ROOM. He alternates his entrepreneurial activity with training, bar consultancy, and, last but not least, the promotion of his product.
