Emanuele Primavera

Biography

Emanuele Primavera defines himself as an innkeeper and storyteller. Since 2021, he has been part of the team at Cinquanta-Spirito Italiano, a renowned cocktail bar in Pagani, where he serves as Head Bartender and Assistant Bar Manager. Born in Torre del Greco in September 1997, he took his first steps in the restaurant industry during his high school years. He moved from dishwashing to the kitchen, from the kitchen to the dining room, and from there he flew to England, where he fell in love with bartending. Returning to pursue an academic path, he also wished not to abandon the profession. He went back to the dining room in a Michelin-starred restaurant where he would manage the bar, leaving it to dedicate himself exclusively to the counter of a speakeasy. After graduating in Art History and gaining some experience in amateur cinema, he continued to work in hospitality, firmly convinced that the humanity found at the bar counter is too precious to be lost. In 2021, he arrived in Pagani where he embraced the project of Cinquanta - Spirito Italiano: always a champion of a new way of communicating the Italian bar. In November 2023, he was chosen by Food and Wine Italia as the Best Bartender Under 35. In 2024, he was a semifinalist in World Class Italia, and in 2025, he ranked third. After years of preparation, in 2025, he launched with his partners Nazionale - Spirito Italiano, a liquor brand born from the desire to reclaim and share the Italian liquid heritage. The first release of Amaro and Limoncello was awarded four times as the best Design in the world (DIELINE, ADC Awards, Pentawards).
