The Bar at Aman Venice
Set within the palatial piano nobile and overlooking hotel’s Grand Canal garden, The Bar at Aman Venice invites both resident and non-resident guests to indulge in timeless Venetian hospitality.
Having held high-society soirées since the 16th century, Aman Venice’s past as one of the city’s monumental palazzos still resonates through the Red Room today. Now home to The Bar, the space was once titled Salone Galleria and originally used as a gallery to showcase contemporary paintings.
A nod to its artistic past, the ceiling is still covered in a vast fresco by Cesare Rotta depicting Olympus, while stuccos celebrate both the arts and sciences, from literature and music to astronomy and navigation. Together, these details help paint a picture of the Papadopoli family as patrons of the arts, making The Bar not just a place to gather, but Venetian culture and creative reference.
Beneath the frescoed ceiling and intricate stuccoes of the Red Room, award-winning Bar Manager Antonio Ferrara curates a menu of bespoke cocktails and premium spirits, complemented by refined cicchetti and light seasonal dishes. In warmer months, alfresco drinks and cocktails are served in the garden, offering an enchanting setting for gatherings from midday until midnight.
