In the heart of the courtyard of the Ex Seminario Arcivescovile, within Portrait Milano, Rumore Bar Americano stands out as a sophisticated cocktail bar that blends retro aesthetics with modern elegance, creating a universe where cocktails and lifestyle converge. Here, the true essence of Milanese culture comes to life: a timeless space where the "sciura" and the artist meet in perfect harmony, weaving stories and visions that bridge past and future, reality and imagination.

Born from the vision of Riccardo Giraudi, creator of the renowned Beefbar, and designed by the acclaimed Humbert & Poyet studio, Rumore pays tribute to the glamour of the 1960s with meticulously curated details.
The interiors, adorned with sumptuous velvet, retro mirrors, and a dazzling disco ball, revolve around a central stage, the vibrant heart of live performances that make every evening an unforgettable experience.

The bartender

Alessandro Dottore

Born in 1997, Alessandro Dottore has built a remarkable career in luxury hospitality, showcasing his unwavering pursuit of excellence. After completing his studies at I.I.S. E. Maggia in Stresa and gaining hands-on experience through an internship at the Villa d’Este bar, Alessandro honed his skills working at some of the most prestigious establishments. His professional journey began at Hotel Il Pellicano in Tuscany, where he spent eight years progressing from apprentice to Head Bartender. He then worked as a Commis de Rang at the iconic Gstaad Palace in Switzerland for three years and further refined his craft as a Demi-Chef de Rang at “Il Piero,” the gastronomic restaurant by Pierre Gagnaire at Hotel Les Airelles in France. Alessandro also enhanced his expertise as Head Bartender at Hotel Tyrol in Selva di Val Gardena. Today, Alessandro brings his expertise to Rumore Milano, combining technical mastery, passion, and meticulous attention to detail to create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
