Located in the heart of Milan, Moebius is a multifaceted space where cuisine, mixology, culture, music, and hospitality come together to create a unique experience. Founded by Lorenzo Querci, the venue—once a textile warehouse—has been transformed into a dynamic open-space concept featuring a cocktail bar, a vinyl shop, live jazz performances, and two restaurants: a tapas bistrot and a fine dining restaurant, both offering ever-evolving culinary experiences.
The venue’s name is inspired by the renowned French illustrator Moebius, known for visually linking sci-fi settings with dreamlike and futuristic characters and atmospheres. This influence is reflected in the venue’s design, which combines iron elements with warm wooden accents and natural details, including a magnificent 700-year-old olive tree from Andalusia that spans both floors of the space.
Since its opening in 2019, Moebius has received numerous international accolades, thanks in part to the leadership of Chef Enrico Croatti, who has earned three Michelin stars over his career.
The culinary concept of the Tapa Bistrot revolves around the idea of sharing, offering a modern and creative interpretation of tapas influenced by international flavors and cultural contaminations. The fine dining restaurant Moebius Sperimentale, awarded one Michelin star in the 2025 Michelin Guide, reimagines haute cuisine through innovative techniques. In 2024, Moebius was recognized as the Best Food Program of the Year.
The cocktail bar, led by Giovanni Allario, is a destination in its own right. Renowned for its contemporary mixology and its flourishing collaboration with the kitchen, the bar offers a menu of seasonal and creative cocktails that reinterpret Italian classics through an avant-garde lens. Among its signature drinks, the Pesto Martini stands out—a reinterpretation of the classic martini, made with vodka, white balsamic vinegar, and homemade pesto. Recognized as one of the best bars in the world, it ranked 38th in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2024 and 43rd in the Top500Bars list 2024.
In 2025, it received the award for “Best International Restaurant Bar” at Tales of the Cocktail—one of the most prestigious recognitions in the global bar industry—and ranked 7th in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, also winning the Highest Climber award after rising 31 positions from the previous year.
Moebius is not just a dining space; it is a true cultural landmark where cuisine, music, and design converge into a single entity. Guests can sip a cocktail at the bar, explore the vinyl shop, and relax while listening to live jazz performances during dinner. Whether sharing tapas at the bistrot or embarking on a sensory journey at the fine dining restaurant upstairs, Moebius offers a dynamic and convivial atmosphere that makes it an inclusive and versatile destination.
